My head hurts when I read ONE.Motoring. There's a reason for that. Being LTA's site, it has to be precise, especially about the "gradual rates", meant to smooth out the traffic and prevent behaviors like people queueing up before the toll. Sorry but I don't "think" like that, and I'd love to have other ways to visualize this in my head so I don't have to memorize the exact figures so hard.
Here's a set of own reference to share wtih everyone. If you find it useful, download it and alter it anyway you want (Excel 2003 file), or just use the PDF for other platforms. Maybe if I have some extra time, I'll make some better visualiation so that it's easy to "think" about ERP. It's just passenger vehicle rates for now, applicable for cars and even when you take taxi.
Disclaimer: If you have no idea about ERP, this is probably not for you. In fact, you can even claim that it is false! If you're new to ERP, please study LTA's site first, and then compare that to that of this sheet to see the difference.
